Barbeque Seasoning - English Colonial Style
Yummy sprinklings of this sweet and tangy barbecue seasoning will enhance the smoky flavour of grilled vegetables, meats, chickens and sausages.
Shake, grind and sprinkle our specialty BBQ seasoning on meat to coat it uniformly. Keep it for a span of 15 minutes to 2 hrs. Lightly scoring meat, poultry, and fish will help the flavours penetrate further. Place the meat on the grill for 15 to 20 min. Remove the meat from heat and serve immediately. Make sure meat or fish is no longer pink inside before serving.
