How do I know that my order is confirmed?
You will receive an email or an SMS on order confirmation. Please contact our helpdesk if you are unsure.
When will you ship my order?
We normally ship out all orders within 24-48 hours.
What is the delivery time period?
Orders are delivered within 2- 10 working days. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and the product category.
Do you apply any shipping charges?
Within India, Plantrich provides free shipping for orders above Rs 2000. There will be a shipping charge of Rs.65 on orders that amount to a total weight below 500gm. For more details, please contact email@example.com
How can I track my order?
An email is sent to you after the order is shipped. It contains the tracking number and details of the service provider. Your order status is updated via emails at every step.

If I have received a damaged product, what should I do?
In the event that you receive a damaged product, please initiate a return or reach out to us on email@example.com and we will resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel any order that has not yet been shipped. Please send a request to firstname.lastname@example.org or call customer care number 0481 2371877. After dispatch, the return policy mentioned below is applicable.
What is your return policy?
Plantrich return policy accepts exchanges only. We accept exchanges (stock permitting) up to 15 days from the date of purchase. If you wish to return and exchange an item for any reason, please email our Customer Care at email@example.com. The returned product should be in its original packaging and in the same unused and unwashed condition as received. We will not promote refundable claims.
What items can I return?
You can return all items in sealed condition. Returns for an opened seal will be accepted only in the case of damaged / defective products. You will need to inform us of any damages / defects within 48 hours of delivery of the product, in order to receive the replacement.

Do you arrange for reverse pickups?
Reverse pickup is applicable only for a selected set of pin codes. You can check with our support desk if your pin code has this facility. Else you will have to ship the item back.

When will I receive a replacement?
Replacement will be shipped after the original item has been received in the warehouse, subject to the following conditions:
They should be returned within 10 days from the dispatch date.
Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
Can I choose a different item in exchange?
You can only exchange your item within 10 days and receive a replacement of that exact product or another product of the same value. If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, the difference will have to be paid in advance.
Is it safe to shop online if I make payment using net banking, Debit card or Credit Card?
All Credit Card, Debit Card and net banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection.
Are there any hidden charges?
There are absolutely no hidden charges. Any sales tax is actually borne by Plantrich. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.
